Problem

The original website design did not align with the brand’s identity, lacking the visual appeal and structure needed to create a professional impression.

Research

Observations revealed that all users found the site unprofessional and questioned its trustworthiness for purchases. The cluttered homepage, with excessive text, caused no participants to scroll to the bottom, while poor design left them confused about navigation and the shopping process.

Prototype

After prototyping the new website based on the research feedback, it was tested to assess improvements and identify further areas for improvement. The user testing showed that 100% of participants felt safer using the new prototype. However, some suggested that the product images could be improved.
