Abilia
Designing a Delete Function for the Media Library, allowing users to manage images, videos, and folders

Role
UX designer
Abilia is a MedTech company that creates planners for people with cognitive disabilities.
In this project, I worked on their group webpage, which allows support staff to view and plan activities in users' calendars. These calendars are used by both individuals and in group homes, meaning multiple support people can assist one user, and one support person can assist several users.
My task was to design a way for support staff to manage the media library, where they can organize images and videos used when creating activities
Design process
During the design process, I sketched various scenarios to ensure users were always aware of their actions when deleting items in every possible situation.
Scenarios:
Deleting one image or more
Deleting one folder or more
Deleting images and folders
Deleting all items in a folder
Deleting a folder that contains another folder
Final prototypes
Deleting one image or more
Deleting all items in a folder
Deleting all items in a folder
Deleting a folder that contains another folder
